Things could hardly be better for the attractive, lively Eva and her sensitive husband Max: The two are as in love as on the first day, have good jobs and live in a charming little house in the countryside. Eva works as an assistant in a renowned Frankfurt event agency and Max is an extremely talented carpenter. But on the very day that Eva is given the opportunity by her boss to organize and lead an important conference, Max confesses to her that he has lost his job.
