Her plan has been interrupted by the arrival of her brother Sokha, whom she has not seen for two years, conjuring up painful memories of their shared childhood on a sugarcane farm. As if that weren't enough, their father suddenly goes missing, forcing Chiva to confront her troubled past and the sense of rejection she has endured.
